30,000 feet over somewhere.
Today, I am 5 months #SmokeFree or “smober” as I’ve taken to calling it. I’ve saved a pile of dough, my sense of smell and taste have improved greatly, my clothes and apartment no longer stink of cigarettes, and perhaps best of all, my asthma has gotten much, much better. When I was smoking my emergency asthma inhalers lasted about 4 weeks. Well, I’m still using the same inhaler I had when I quit smoking on June 3. That’s how much better my breathing has gotten. I’m incredibly grateful for my “smobriety” today. If you are looking to quit smoking, I highly suggest visiting WhyQuit.com for a ton of helpful resources or message me and I’ll tell you in a bit more detail how I finally #Quit4Life.
